These Terms and Conditions govern your use of coaching services provided by Belle Racing (sole trader, Scotland). By booking or participating in any Belle Racing activity, you agree to these Terms.

Please review these terms and conditions before using the services provided by Belle Racing

Clients purchasing access will receive:

  • Pre-track checklist and track-preview video for Knockhill

  • Unlimited Q&A support before the event

  • On-day walkthrough and coaching sessions, including:

    • Meeting at the venue and help unloading your bike

    • Pre-track bike check (chain, brakes, tyres) and basic maintenance support (e.g. tyre pressures, chain lubrication) with your permission

    • Sighting laps and feedback laps when I am riding in the same group

    • Where I am not riding on track with you, coaching will be through rider feedback and input as well as visually from trackside

    • Optional fuel supply (you reimburse actual cost upon presentation of receipt)

    • If available, use of tyre warmers, paddock stands, and tools at your own risk

  • Optional 10-minute edited track footage for £25

3. Booking & Payment

  • Fee: £50 for core coaching package

  • Payment due: on the day of coaching via cash or bank transfer or upon receipt of edited footage (if purchased)

  • No cancellation or refund fees

4. Rider Obligations

  • You must hold a full motorcycle licence valid for the circuit.

  • You are responsible for arriving with all required protective gear, a valid driving licence, and any additional safety equipment mandated by the circuit.

  • Failure to meet circuit requirements may result in denied track access; Belle Racing accepts no liability in such cases.

7. Mechanical Assistance

Minor adjustments (tyre pressures, chain lubrication, basic suggestions) will only be carried out with your express permission.

  • By granting permission, you agree to release and indemnify Belle Racing against any claim arising from such assistance.

5. Insurance & Assumption of Risk
Track riding is inherently dangerous; accidents and fatalities can occur.

  • Whilst track day insurance is not a requirement of all circuits in the UK, you are solely responsible for deciding on and if wanted, securing any track-day insurance or verifying that your road-insurance covers track use.

  • Belle Racing does not require proof of this insurance in order to continue with services.

6. Equipment Use

  • You may use Belle Racing’s equipment (tyre warmers, paddock stands, tools) at your own risk.

  • Belle Racing is not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of this equipment.

8. Liability Limitation

Belle Racing, its owner, agents, and instructors will not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, or financial loss arising from your participation, except to the extent prohibited by law.

  • Belle Racing has no responsibility for track closures, shortened sessions, weather delays, or stoppages at any circuit.

9. Video & Photo Release

  • You grant Belle Racing a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any photographs, videos, or digital media captured during coaching for promotional and marketing purposes.

13. Severability

  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

  • Belle Racing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Revised Terms will be posted on the website; your continued participation constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by Scots law.

  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (checklists, videos, theory guides) remain the intellectual property of Belle Racing.

  • You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent.
